This building had seen some hard times, and that was before the 10+ years it sat vacant before we took over ownership. We completely replaced all the systems (twice thanks to an expensive break-in during construction). Each unit is a spacious 1 bedroom with all new windows, updated kitchens and baths in a really great upcoming Fox Park location.
Some of the updates involved: Replacing the systems throughout, roof and tuck pointing, updating kitchens and bathrooms, refinishing floors, adding laundry room, and restoring/replacing rear deck.
